A little about me and this diary A little over three years ago, before I became pregnant with my son, I was pretty damn thin. Maybe a little too thin, but not skeletal by any means. At 5'5" I weighed about 125. Then I got pregnant. I gained quite a bit of weight during my pregnancy, and I breast fed my son which seemed to double my apetite. However, the wonderful metabolism I used to have had changed. I could no longer eat whatever I wanted, and I was just never able to take off the pregnancy weight. I've tried several times to lose weight, and failed miserably several times too. So this will be a log off my acheivements and goals as well as my feelings about my curviness and such. I don't want to get back to my previous weight... I've grown to like my curves. I'd just like my curves to be less numerous and only in the right places. Also, I plan on doing this healthily. I hope to start with dieting, then start an exercise program. Whenever I've done it the other way around or started bith at the same time I'd feel like I had no energy whatsoever, and I'd give up. I had the hardest time figuring out this percentage. I'm awful with math. But with this calculator I enter in the amount of weight I originally needed to lose (42) in the first box, how much weight I need to lose now in the second box (as of now, 25) and hit "calculate" and it gave me the correct percentage (40.5). I figured if there was anyone else out there as bad with math as me they might like that.
This is my "before" appearance. Yeah right, I only wish I looked this good at this weight. In truth, my weight is not so evenly distributed. I'm a bit more.... lumpy. Ew.
And this is what I hope to look like. I do have some pictures of myself at this weight from before I got pregnant and became a cow. *ahem* Anyway, I thought about posting them... but I decided I want to post pictures of me at this weight when I AM that weight.
